Group sessions have a maximum of four students. Individual and Individual Fast-Track plans provide private one-to-one classes.

Please request rescheduling at least 24 hours before class. Replacement classes are subject to trainer, batch and monthly-period availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered individually and are not guaranteed. An individual request cannot override the agreed group schedule.

Missing a scheduled class without informing the trainer counts as a completed class and will not normally be rescheduled or refunded. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled end time. Tell FWA or your trainer about illness, travel or an extended absence as early as possible. Where applicable, an extension of up to one week after monthly completion may be arranged to finish remaining classes, subject to communication and availability; this is not an automatic credit or refund.

Course study materials and practice resources are included for your personal educational use. Discuss the materials for your chosen plan with FWA before enrolling.

Both TEF Canada and TCF Canada are accepted French tests for Express Entry. Their formats and score scales differ. Check IRCC’s current language-test guidance.

Required levels depend on the Express Entry program. French is measured using NCLC for each skill. For TEF score entry, follow IRCC’s instructions to use the previous-score-equivalency column rather than /699 scores.

For Express Entry, results must be less than two years old when completing the profile and submitting the permanent-residence application. Check current validity rules.

Mock exams are included without a fixed guaranteed number. Practice and feedback are arranged as part of your agreed learning plan.

DELF is not an accepted French test for Express Entry. Some Quebec programs accept DELF under their own requirements. Consult the receiving authority’s current rules; see our official resources.

French can affect Express Entry points and eligibility for French-language category rounds. The effect depends on your complete profile and current rules. Use the official resources to check your situation.

Francophone Mobility is a work-permit pathway for eligible employment outside Quebec. It is separate from Express Entry and does not guarantee permanent residence. Check the official requirements.

For each paid monthly period, including renewals, you may cancel and request a full refund before the first scheduled paid class of that period begins. Once that class starts, fees for the period are non-refundable. Exceptional requests may be considered at the academy’s discretion. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Please review our Student Terms and Policies for complete details.

Enrollment is month to month. Contact FWA to agree your schedule and receive an invoice before payment. No installment checkout is offered on this website. FWA sends the next invoice at least one week before payment is due. Pay by the due date to continue; unpaid classes may be placed on hold. The website does not automatically debit your account. Bank or transfer-provider charges are separate from FWA’s course fees, and no additional tax is added to the regular academy fees.

New students receive 10% off their first month. Each successful referral earns the referring student a 10% discount credit after the referred student enrolls and completes payment. Credits apply from the next billing cycle. Up to two credits can be used on one bill, for a maximum referral discount of 20%. Additional credits carry forward to later billing periods. Discounts are not redeemable for cash.

Interac e-Transfer and bank transfer, using your invoice instructions. Contact FWA to confirm your schedule and receive an invoice before paying. Regular academy fees are CAD 249 / 299 / 449; no tax is added.

Use a suitable device, stable internet, a working microphone and a suitable learning environment. Use a camera where possible. Student-side technical problems generally do not qualify for an extra class or refund; academy-side problems receive a reasonable remedy or alternative.

FWA will make reasonable arrangements to reschedule the affected class.
